PiperFest is an outdoor event. All booths will be near the Food Trucks, Community Stage and carnival. Booth space will be 10' x 10'. Electricity is not available. If it rains, you will be notified of the secondary plan the day before or as soon as possible.
**Political Campaigning and/or booths of any political nature are NOT ALLOWED at this event.**
The details!
1. This is NOT the regular Piper Robotics Craft Show. For the last few years, they have held their event in conjunction with ours. However, traffic was insane with all of the activity and they decided to return to their original "first Saturday in October date". We do believe that vendors participating in both weekend events will be wildly successful, and encourage you to participate both weekends. 2. Placement of vendors for PiperFest will be outdoors. Booth spaces are 10' x 10'. Electricity is not available. Vendors will be situated on the road just east of the practice field. Vendors will be right across from the food trucks, right next to the carnival, and a short distance from the hugely popular car show.
3. Hours for this event are from 11:00am -3:00pm. You can start setting up as early as 9am, but MUST remain in place and open for business until 3:00pm.
